We can customize our operating procedures to meet your needs. Our standard operating procedures include verification of the alarm with proper identification, police or fire dispatch as needed, notification to the contact list and follow-up with the authorities.
Non-Supervised Digital (NSD)
Basic residential and small commercial service monitoring burglary, fire, panic, holdup, low battery and A/C fail.
Communicator Test (Timer Test)
The system sends a communicator test on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to ensure the system is operable. These tests log to the account history and can be monitored with a schedule. If the system fails to send a communicator test, we will notify the alarm company and/or the subscriber.
Open/Close Reports: This tracks when and who disarms the system. They can give business owners and managers critical information that assists in watching day to day operations. Opening & closing reporting is available for clients with monitored alarms systems.
Cellular Backup: This ensures transmittal of emergency signals in case of a cut phone line or phone service outage. You can now be monitored without a phone line and using the cell unit as your primary account.
